I am 16, i have pretty bad acne on my face, along with folliculitis on my back, thighs, and but. I have just switched from an antibiotic (doxyciclin) to a natural vitamin because after 10 months of taking antibiotics that barely work besides for my face, I am worried about the long term effects. I currently take

For about two years now I’ve slowly wanted to change over to a healthier diet, and so I decided to start taking some vitamins because I hadn’t been eating very healthy food. Well, as time went on, I started taking more and more different substances (such a Ginko Biloba) just because I thought that they would do more good then they would bad. However, now I am beginning to be worried that I may be taking to many. In the morning, I take a vitamin complex pill along with an iron pill, two fish oil pills, and two pills of piracetam. In the evenings I take two garlic pills, two pills of ginko biloba, acidophilus, vitamin b complex, and two pills of piracetam. At night I take two fish oil pills, two ginko biloba pills, and two pills of piracetam. Will taking each of these in combination or as a whole be dangerous to me in any way?
Is there any effective natural remedies I can use to treat Yeast Infection? Been suffering about a month now.?
I think I’ve been suffering from a yeast infection for about a month now. Around Oct. 3 I started having the abnormal discharge and burning sensation in my vagina when I Pee. However, October 12 I got my period and the burning sensation went away and obviously I couldn’t tell whether there was still abnormal discharge until after it went off. I did read that menstruation helps pass bacteria out of the vagina(don’t really know if that’s accurate). Anyway, after my period went off, I began to have full force itching in my vagina and on the outside, but no more burning sensation when i pee. The discharge had no odor and was white. Now it has an odor and is more yellowish. I need help with figuring this out. I was certain that this might be a yeast infection, but I don’t know anymore. It might be Bacterial Vaginosis or Trich from what I been reading. The symptoms are pretty much the same for all 3. It is easy to say go to the doctor, but I don’t have insurance so I don’t know what to do.
I tried using an antifungal cream but that made my itching worse and my vulva swelled. So I didn’t even use it the full 7 days. I’ve tried the sitz bath with vinegar and salt. That helps temporarily. I’ve been taking acidophilus pills which has been helping alot with the itching, but still have it a little. I’m thinking of trying garlic vitamins and tea tree oil. I’m also going to buy some plain yogurt. I just want to know does anyone have any other suggestions regarding natural remedies. Thanks!

What additional tests should I have done if a second blood test confirms that my red blood cells are larger than normal?
I don’t eat much meat but I do eat salmon and trout so I don’t see how I can have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. I also take several different vitamins and supplements a day: multi-vitamin, vitamin C, garlic, fish oil, calcium, magnesium, and acidophilus.
I don’t drink or smoke.
What other tests should a doctor do to figure out why my red blood cells are this way?
Could I just have larger "normal" cells than other people?
However, I have had the CBC done several times in the last 5 years and no doctor ever flagged this as an issue.
Right now, I am just having to get the CBC test repeated to see if it produces the same abnormal result.
Plus, I am currently out of the United States in an area with limited medical care. Would this condition be harmful if I can’t get to the bottom of it before I get back in 3 months?
I read it can possibly relate to leukemia or thyroid disease or even cancer so I want to figure out what further tests are really necessary.
The only other CBC results I have had flagged as "high" before, but only slightly elevated, was my bilyrubin level.

I am a 27-year-old male. I currently take the following vitamins/supplements on a daily basis (one pill per day for each):
- Men’s One a Day Multivitamin
- B Multivitamin
- Chewable Vitamin C
- Fish Oil
I also sprinkle Flaxseed on my oatmeal in the morning. Is there anything I should scale back on and/or not be taking? Suggestions?
